Chase Cullison, CPA, joined the Financial Synergy team in 2021, bringing over five years of experience from his work in public accounting at RSM. TAX MANAGER

Arnold Orgen joined Financial Synergy in 2024, bringing with him extensive expertise in U.S. tax preparation, compliance, planning, and bookkeeping. With three years of experience as a general accountant in the local gaming industry and a background in teaching college-level accounting, Arnold's skills are wide-ranging.  Arnold also has a background in cross-border taxation leveraging his expertise to help clients navigate the complexities of US-Canadian tax regulations and treaties. As Tax Manager, Arnold plays a crucial role in helping clients maximize deductions and minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with intricate tax regulations.

TAX ACCOUNTANT

Inah Dizon, CPA is a Certified Public Accountant with over eight years of combined experience in U.S. taxation, accounting, and audit. She specializes in the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the best possible outcomes for clients. With a strong foundation in banking audit and financial reporting, Inah brings analytical expertise, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail to every engagement. GROWTH MARKETING COORDINATOR

Joy Ann Barcenas supports the Tax Team and manages firm-wide growth initiatives. In her role, Joy handles the filing of corporate, state, and federal tax returns, maintains essential tax records, and coordinates with external consultants. She manages the team’s financial operations through invoice processing, report generation, and technology-driven coordination to ensure internal efficiency.

Combining her operational background with marketing expertise, Joy also oversees social media campaigns, email marketing, and website updates. Her focus is on streamlining processes and leveraging technology to support both the firm’s tax compliance and its digital presence.

Sheikinah Lazo has six years of diverse experience in accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting. She was previously a US Accountant managing multiple clients where she gained significant experience with different accounting systems and processes. She is dedicated to deliver quality accounting services by maintaining high standards of financial integrity.

With more than a decade of experience in accounting and finance, Christian Velez brings a wealth of knowledge across diverse processes and responsibilities.
